In focussed/incisional mode the Ultra Pulse Encore™ CO2 laser is the ‘perfect’ treatment for removing multiple papillomas.
There is very little bleeding or epidermal damage of any sort although larger lesions are best raised with forceps so that the base can be transected.
Other sessile lesions such as stucco keratoses can be accurately targeted and ablated as well.
Electrosurgery (electrodesiccation, electrofulguration) or radiosurgery with the Surgitron™ may also be good treatment options in experienced hands.
